A group of friends gets together to hang out the night before their friend’s wedding. An unexpected “friend” shows up with a briefcase asking if they want to play a new type of game. As they sit around a table and attach electrodes to themselves, they slowly start to become unnerved at the possibility they have swapped bodies. Secrets and more start to unveil as the night goes on. How much worse can it get? Brittany O’Grady, James Morosini, and Gavin Leatherwood star in It’s What’s Inside, streaming on Netflix October 4th.
A young chef has taken a big leap and opened her first restaurant. This is no ordinary restaurant, however. Located on a remote estate, she specializes in farm to table. Chef has also been warned not to eat anything from the garden due to the rumors surrounding the former owner who passed away a long time ago. Experiencing hallucinations and strange happenings, Chef has to figure out if what she’s seeing is real or part of her delusions. Ariana DeBose stars in House of Spoils, streaming on Prime October 3rd.
Following the events of the 1980s installment, Arthur Fleck is locked up in Arkham Asylum because of the Gotham City uprising which led to the death of Bruce Wayne’s parents. While away, Fleck meets Harleen Quinzel and they find a way to break out of the asylum. Together and in love, Harley Quinn and Fleck terrorize the city. Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga star in Joker: Folie a Deux, in theaters October 4th.
