A school district in Pennsylvania is hailed as the school to send your kids to. In 2010, students were given mac books for school work but they could also take those home. When 15- year- old Blake Robbins was accused of selling drugs and called into the principal’s office…the one piece of evidence they had was a screen shot of Blake in his bedroom. This is when the students realized the staff was watching all those students through their laptops. The documentary series Spy High premieres April 8th on Prime.
Andrew Cooper is a hedge fund manager…well…WAS…a hedge fund manager until he was fired. Still grieving from his recent divorce and living in a very wealthy part of town, he’s struggling to keep up with the Jones’. Coop decides his neighbors have way too much so he starts stealing from them to make ends meet. While doing so, he’s finding out his friends aren’t as friendly as he thought they were. Olivia Munn, Amanda Peet and John Hamm star in Your Friends and Neighbors, streaming on Apple TV April 11th.
Ray Mendoza and Alex Garland have brought us an experience only they can tell. Based on Mendoza’s time as a US Navy Seal during the Iraq War, we follow a platoon of Navy Seals in real time as they try to get through a mission on insurgent territory in 2006. The hyper realism gives you an experience like you’ve never had. The ensemble cast includes D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Will Poulter, Cosmo Jarvis, Joseph Quinn and more. Warfare opens in theaters April 14th.
The second season of the American post-apocalyptic drama series The Last of Us will premiere on HBO on April 13, 2025. The new season, follows Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) five years after the first season and introduces Abby (Kaitlyn Dever).
