Michael Vrionis, a representative for the 77-year-old musician, announced that Santana had been taken to the hospital for observation after experiencing dehydration while at the Majestic Theatre, where he was preparing for the show.

In his statement, Vrionis expressed disappointment over the need to postpone the concert but emphasized that prioritizing Santana’s health was the wisest decision. He assured fans that Santana is doing well and is eager to return to San Antonio and continue his tour across the United States.
